Got to the bus stop within 10 minutes walk, as it has good and great location. Greatly enjoyed staying at the exceptionally nice twin room on the first level...

Breakfast was perfect, cooked to order.
I experienced consistent issues with hot water . What was more frustrating is that some of my friends did not have hot water at all for two days. The entry to the hotel was confusing after hours, especially for someone not fluent in Spanish.

The location was FAVOURABLE to the main plaza and the staff here was good and kind. Local fast food option La casa del Waffle was 15 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally comfortable, there were flat-screen TV and a private entrance. And it was facing garden.

We appreciated this hotel. The service was terrific as we had expected. The pool area was nice and the location was peaceful, near the town square or malecon, the garden or lake and the center and restaurants for daily exercise. There was Shanaz right at the property;))

The grounds feature lovely landscaping and a beautiful lakeside layout. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious, but the hot water issue-having to turn it back on frequently-was inconvenient. Breakfast was simple but good, with a few tasty options. The warm pool and fine view added to the appeal, although dining choices felt limited overall.
